Bridger Watch – Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 11/1/2025

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through the Bridger Watch website, including pre-orders, deposits, accessories, and paid-in-full purchases.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purchase Options

Bridger Watch may offer one or more of the following purchase options:

A. Paid-in-Full Orders

You pay the full amount at checkout, and your order is queued for fulfillment.

B. Deposits / Partial Payments

Some products may allow you to place a deposit to reserve your unit.
The remaining balance must be paid before the product ships.
If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your order may be canceled.

C. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders secure your place in line for upcoming product releases.
Payment may be collected at checkout or at the time of shipment, depending on the offer.

D. Limited Releases or Batch Drops

Certain products with limited quantities may require immediate full payment and are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancelling an Order

Your cancellation eligibility depends on the order type and fulfillment status.

A. Paid-in-Full Orders

You may cancel a paid-in-full order any time before it ships and receive a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may still return it under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

B. Pre-Orders

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the product enters the fulfillment stage (when your shipping label is created).

Once your order is being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you cancel after shipment, you must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

C. Deposit-Based Orders

Deposits are:

  • Fully refundable until the product is ready to ship

  • Non-refundable once the order enters fulfillment or if you fail to complete final payment by the required deadline

If you abandon or fail to complete your payment plan, your deposit may be forfeited.

D. Subscription or Service Add-Ons

If applicable (future firmware/services), subscription fees may be canceled at any time and will apply to future billing cycles.
Past charges are non-refundable.

3. Changing or Updating Your Order

You may request changes to your order (such as color, strap, size, or shipping address) before it ships.

Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
If you need a different configuration afterward, you must process a return/exchange after delivery.

4. Failed Deliveries or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to Bridger due to:

  • refusal of delivery,

  • incorrect address,

  • failure to pick up, or

  • customs refusal (international orders),

the following applies:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A reshipment fee may apply

  • Orders may be refunded minus shipping and handling

5. Price Adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments on:

  • past purchases

  • limited-time promotions

  • introductory pricing

  • pre-order discounts

All prices are final at the time of purchase.

6. Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations

Bridger reserves the right to:

  • cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • limit quantities

  • restrict purchases for resale

  • refuse service when necessary to protect our brand, product integrity, and customers

7. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a pre-order or paid-in-full purchase:

Email us at orders@bridgerwatch.com with:

  • your order number

  • the email address used at checkout

  • your cancellation request

A team member will confirm eligibility and next steps.
