Bridger Watch – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bridger Watch. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, how tracking works, and what to expect during the delivery process.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Times

Standard Orders

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.

Pre-Orders / Backorders / Limited Drops

For pre-order or batch releases:

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page

  • These dates are estimates and may change based on production timelines

  • You will be notified via email with updates or changes

Orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

2. Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • shipping method

  • package weight and size

We offer multiple shipping options, including:

  • Standard shipping

  • Expedited shipping

  • International shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • tracking number

  • carrier information

  • estimated delivery date

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

For pre-orders or batch shipments, your tracking number will be generated once fulfillment begins.

4. Shipping Destinations

United States

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the U.S.

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • brokerage fees

  • any other charges applied by your country’s customs agency

Customs delays are outside our control and may extend delivery times.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to Bridger due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal of delivery

  • failure to pick up from carrier

  • customs refusal (international orders)

The following applies:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A reshipment fee may apply

  • You may request a refund minus shipping costs

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Lost in Transit

If your package stops tracking for 7+ business days, contact us.
We will work with the carrier to locate it.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  • Check with neighbors or building managers

  • Verify the shipping address on your order

If still missing, contact us and we will help file a claim.
Bridger is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Insurance

High-value packages may be insured.
Replacement shipments are issued at Bridger’s discretion.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days

  2. Include photos/video of the damage

  3. Do not discard packaging (required for carrier claims)

After review, we will:

  • Replace the item,

  • Offer store credit, or

  • Provide another appropriate solution

8. Separate Shipments

For operational reasons, items in your order may ship separately.
You will receive tracking for each shipment.

9. Fulfillment Time vs. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to transit time after the package leaves our warehouse.
Processing/preparation time is not included in the shipping times shown at checkout.
