Bridger Watch – Limited Warranty & Extended Support

Effective Date: 11/1/2025

Bridger Watch (“Bridger,” “we,” “our”) stands behind the quality and performance of our products. This Limited Warranty & Extended Support Policy (“Warranty”) describes what is covered, what is not, and how to request service.

By purchasing a Bridger product (“Product”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage (Years 1–2)

Bridger warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Bridger will, at its sole discretion:
• Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts,
• Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or
• Refund the purchase price of the Product.

2. Extended Replacement Credit (Year 3)

Beginning after the expiration of the two-year Limited Warranty and through the end of the third year from the original purchase date, eligible customers may receive a fifty percent (50%) replacement credit toward a replacement Bridger Watch if the original device experiences performance issues related to normal use.

This program is intended as extended customer support and is not a warranty extension.

Extended Replacement Credit terms:
• Credit equals 50% of the then-current retail price of a replacement watch,
• One-time use per device,
• Applies to component failure or performance degradation from normal use,
• Excludes loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications,
• Replacement device may be new or refurbished, at Bridger’s discretion.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This Warranty covers:
• Hardware defects in materials and workmanship,
• Failures not caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications,

• Battery failure outside of normal degradation,
• Manufacturing defects apparent upon unboxing.
