These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bridger Watch website, device, operating system, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing any Bridger product (“Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bridger Watch provides the website and Services for personal, non-commercial use. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the performance or security of our systems.

All Products are subject to availability.
We may modify or update Product designs, specifications, features, or materials without prior notice.
Pre-release, beta, or early-access units may differ from final production units.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Pricing may change at any time.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Bridger Watch to charge your selected payment method for the full order value, including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.

Completion of checkout does not constitute order acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or inventory errors.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs must follow Bridger Watch’s posted policies, which may be updated periodically.
We may charge evaluation or repair fees for non-warranty issues.

Your Bridger device includes proprietary software and firmware owned by Bridger Watch.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software solely as part of the Product.

We may provide software or firmware updates automatically or require installation by you.
Updates may add, modify, or remove features.
By using the Product, you consent to receiving these updates.

Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering, or tampering with the software voids all warranties.

Bridger Watch provides tools intended to support outdoor activities, but we do not guarantee accuracy, including:

• GPS mapping

• health, fitness, or biometric data

• environmental or weather-related data

• navigation or safety features

Bridger Watch is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from reliance on the device for navigation, survival, emergency situations, or medical decisions.

Always use multiple sources for navigation and situational awareness.

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, software, and technology associated with Bridger Watch are the exclusive property of Bridger Watch, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Your use of the Services may require creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Use of personal data is governed by the Bridger Watch Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridger Watch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including:

• lost profits

• personal injury

• navigation errors

• device malfunction

• inability to access the Services

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the Product or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
All claims must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website with an updated “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
