Bridger Watch – Return & Refund Policy

At Bridger Watch, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully confident in your purchase.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for Bridger devices and accessories.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible Bridger products for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In like-new condition

  • In its original packaging (including accessories, straps, chargers, manuals)

  • Free from excessive wear, damage, or modifications

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Software licenses or digital downloads

  • Replacement parts

  • Damaged products caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

3. Pre-Orders & Deposits

Pre-orders and deposits are refundable only until the product ships.

Once your pre-order has shipped, the standard 30-day return window applies.

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product for a different model, band, or variant:

  • The original item must be returned in like-new condition

  • You are responsible for any price differences

  • Exchanges must be requested within the 30-day window

5. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Manufacturing Defect

If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning out of the box:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide a description and supporting photos/video

  3. Upon verification, we will

    • Replace the device at no cost or

    • Offer a full refund

This does not apply to damage caused after unboxing.

6. Warranty Issues (After 30 Days)

After the 30-day return window, product issues may be covered under the Bridger Watch Limited Warranty.
We will repair or replace devices that have defects in materials or workmanship.

Issues not covered under warranty include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic scratches or dents

  • Accidental damage (drops, water exposure beyond rating, impact)

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or software tampering

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

If your return is rejected due to damage or missing items, we will notify you and may ship the item back at your expense.

8. Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There was a verified manufacturing defect

  • We sent the wrong item

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high-value items.

Bridger is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

9. Restocking Fee (Optional — Add If You Want It)

If you want an additional layer of protection against high returns (common for hardware launches), you may include this:

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that show signs of wear or missing packaging/components.

10. How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, contact us at:

Include your order number and a brief explanation.
We will provide instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
