Bridger Watch – Presale Terms &
Conditions

1. Founder Series (First 500 Units)
Founder Series customers pay 100% upfront at the time of purchase. This secures your
place in the first limited run of 500 units.
Founder Series units include exclusive physical and digital perks. Images, descriptions, and
perk lists may evolve as we finalize production. Substitutions of equal or greater value may
be provided if necessary.
Founder Series orders are fully refundable any time before shipment. After shipment, our
standard 30‑day return policy applies (product must be in original, undamaged condition).

2. General Presale
General presale customers pay 50% at checkout to reserve their unit.
The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the same card when your order is
ready to ship.
If the final payment fails:
- We will automatically retry the card.
- You will receive email notifications prompting you to update your payment method.
- If payment is not completed within a reasonable period, your order may be delayed or
canceled.
General presale deposits are fully refundable any time before shipment. After shipment, our
standard return policy applies.

3. Estimated Shipping Window
All presale orders (Founder Series + General Presale) are expected to begin shipping in
February 2026.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may change based on manufacturing completion,
quality testing, supply chain factors, or final software readiness.
Customers will be updated if timelines shift.

4. Product Specifications & Software

Bridger Watch is in final development and testing. Specifications may be refined, materials
may be updated, and software features may evolve.
Visuals and pre‑release renders may differ from the final product. Any adjustments will be
made to improve durability, performance, or user experience.

5. Multiple Orders & Fraud Review
We do not impose a strict limit on how many units a customer can purchase; however, large
or unusual orders may be flagged for manual review.
Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud. Orders deemed high‑risk may be
held or canceled.

6. Cancellation by Bridger Watch
We reserve the right to cancel presale orders if:
- A payment method fails and is not updated.
- Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
- Production of certain configurations becomes impossible.
Full refunds will be issued for any canceled order unless fraud is involved.

7. Pricing
Presale pricing is guaranteed at checkout. Taxes, duties, or shipping charges (if applicable)
will be shown at checkout and collected where required.

8. Changes to Terms
Bridger Watch may update these Presale Terms as needed. The version in effect at the time
of purchase governs your presale order.
